Well, folks, I'd love to blame the long absence on this whole "pig flu" thing...okay, well maybe I wouldn't LOVE getting the flu again. But anyways, the real reason for no blogs lately is that our stinky internet is down again. I'm hijacking Christine's computer right now. Thanks, Christine. :)

That said...I don't really have anything to say. I'm kind of speechless without pictures. Just wanted to let you know what's going on. Hopefully, we'll be back online soon.

Hmmm...on second thought, maybe I'll prowl around on Christine's computer and see what kind of interesting pics I can find to put up...

Here's an interesting one. Is this what they do when we're not around? Lay around on the kitchen floor admiring their slippers?

Or, maybe just hang out and stick Goldfish crackers in-between their toes...?Ah! I've figured it out. They gather 'round the camera and make funny faces for fun. That's what they do. Boy, we need to come over more often, I guess. Give them something better to do...

Easter Traditions

Well, folks, in keeping with Easter Tradition - Charlie has the flu. The only Easter Charlie has been able to celebrate so far was his very first, when he was about 6 months old. Every other Easter since then, he has been sick, really sick. This year, apparently, it will be the flu. Argh!
Fortunately, this year we got some of our Easter celebrating done early, thanks to YaYa Carol's planning and the Millers' willingness to host! On Good Friday (yesterday) the Fletchers got together at Mike and Christine's for pizza and an Easter Egg hunt. I'm just gonna be lazy and send you to Christine's blog for pics. :) Gotta go take care of my sick little boy.

Pimp My Stroller

This is too funny - especially if you (or your husband...) have ever watched the show "Pimp My Ride".

There are some pretty good reasons I haven't blogged for several weeks. Number one being our super-stupid internet connection. Today is the first time it has worked in about 2 weeks.

Other than that, we've been...

Planting seeds. NO, Lori and Rachel, you silly sisters, not "those" kind of seeds...these ones:

Building planter boxes for our vegetables.

Finding worms to put in the vegetable garden.

Being sick

Playing lots of hide-n-seek.

Doing lots of activity books.

Making super-cool stuff with the lite brite.
Some cool creations I have discovered left on the lite brite:
A "FLOWER" (apparently he ran out of the green pegs)

A "CROCODILE" (you can see the big jaws on the right side, and the tail on the left)

A "RUNNING GIRAFFE" (long neck and head on the left, tail on the right)

Lots of trips to the zoo

Charlie's rule: We HAVE to get a map every time, and use it the entire time...

Celebrating our 10-year anniversary on March 13th!

And, of course, lots of just goofing around. :)
